In this week’s episode Broderick is in conversation with Dawn Constantine. Dawn is a recently retired Registered Nurse, serving 37 years in critical care across the lifespan and most recently, in hospice. She now volunteers with some local organizations facilitating grief circles for youth and their caregivers as well as training and facilitation of peer-supported death care in the California Prison System. She is also doing sound baths and Death and Grief Doula Support for adults and children and families. Dawn lives an examined life working with her own shadows, density and barriers to feeling free in the body and mind. Thru this deep inner work, she has trained and certified in a number of modalities she is happy to share, including deep yogic and meditative practices that help with embodiment and to steady the mind for awakening from suffering to joy.
